Hopscotch

When mrs Leatch comes in she teachers our class about hopscotch.
If you lean the iPad one way your creature will go the way you lean the iPad.

Kapa Haka

At Kapa Haka we learn new songs like Nga iwi e.

We went to perform at Hastings intermediate. It was just fun.
My favourite performance was probably... Hastings boy's.

Maths

In maths WALT figer out the anser of a number that is on sale and has a percentage off.

If there was something that costs $75 then...
10% will be $7.50
20% will be $15
30% will be $22.50

To figure these out I kept adding 10%.
I think I can use this when I see things on sale at the shops.

Reading

In our reading workshop WALT use the main subject in the sentence that you're reading for a gide to know what the rest of the sentence is going to be about.

WRITING

In our writing workshop WALT use List sentence, Clause sentence, Direct speech sentence  and Dialogue sentencein our writing.  Here is a story that includes those things.

"Once apon a ti..." said man.

"Yeah yeah who cares about the once apon a time thing," said fat cow, as he sat on man. Man killed fat cow, and said "my bum, who was fat, farted... so oh see that."

There was a long and big fart coming from the shed. Man looked in and saw fat cows, dog looking pigs, fat men and a tiny dog.

"You lot are all fat." Shouted man,

"You are," said the fat lot of animals. Then man just died. So random. The animals chattered about dead man. Then out from the back of the shed came "bob the builder can you fix it, bob the builder no you can't !" Shouted bob the builder. A volcano erupted. Every one died. Then...

never mind the end. ('-'#)

Signed Man.
