Writing 100

WALT: write a story any sort of story, except with one extra rule; to only use one-hundred words.
(this is my story)

The dolphin came out of nowhere when I saw it. (and I did see it.) it was 12.6 tons, I now that because I put a scale under it. It walked over to a baby which said "come over here and wait for the time when penguins live." In a very deep manly voice, and then out of the blue came
A penguin (it was living.) it smashed into a car and died. "So sad." Said the baby. The dolphin
Turned his head and died. I woke up with a start, I looked out the window and died.
So the end.

My next step is to make it more descriptive but still with one-hundred words.

Here is my riddle poem.

I'm not like a rat,
I don't like to chat,
I'm usually on a mat,
Can you guess what I am?
A fat CAT!!

                                 The sea was so cold,
So I got out the water,
                                 And went to the sand.

Poetry with mr. Wallas

In workshops with Mr Wallace we're learning about personification and similes. Heres a similes poem about cows.

       COWS.
As fat as a whale.
It moves like a sloth.
As bigger muscle as a T-Rex.
It eats like a pig.
As black and white as a zebra.
What is it?
It's a…
COW.
